PRODUCTION & TURN AROUND TIMES:
Production commences immediately we receive your payment and headpiece and jewelry orders generally ship within 2 weeks. Our rare and vintage pieces ship within 5 days. Veils ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Please email us if you need something sooner, we can accommodate rush orders.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Domestic Orders (U.S.):
The quickest and most preferred method of payment is by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover cards. You are welcome to send us a personal U.S. check or domestic money order. Sorry, we do not accept international money orders. To make payment, please call us at 858.720.0888 or fax your order to 866.284.2790. International Orders:
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, please email us at Info@JustineMCouture.com to arrange payment in UK pounds sterling. For all other international orders, please email us at Info@JustineMCouture.com or call us at 858.720.0888 to check on shipping and payment methods.

SHIPPING:
Domestic Orders:
For domestic retail orders, we ship UPS Ground, insured with signature required. If we need to ship your order quicker than ground, this will be discussed in advance. Shipping will be charged to your credit card one day prior to shipment date, or we will notify you at the time you place your order, of the appropriate shipping and insurances charges to include in your money order or personal check.

International Orders:
We use UPS or Fed Ex International to ship orders internationally. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery plus additional time for customs and transit as well as customs charges. Customs charges are approximately 10% of your purchase price and are due by the receiver upon delivery/collection of your package. These fees are subject to change without notice so we advise that you are aware of any necessary taxes and fees prior to ordering. Please note unclaimed packages, although may be returned to us, are not subject to reimbursement. If you would like to rush ship your items, please let us know and we will notify you of the applicable additional shipping costs.

RETURNS:
Please note that we make every piece to order, so returns are not permitted. Our rare and vintage pieces are also highly sought after so returns on these pieces are also not authorized. Once you payment has been received, production commences immediately, so we can not refund your payment. Please be sure that you wish to purchase our pieces prior to placing your order.

DAMAGES:
Should you piece arrive damaged in any way, please call us immediately at 858.720.0888 to obtain a authorization to return the package to us for immediate replacement. Returns must include the original packaging in order to be replaced free of charge. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your package if something has arrived damaged. We are not able to replace returns for any reason after 7 days of receipt. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will be refused.

GOING GREEN:
If you have something you would like us to redesign for you, some old jewelry or broken pieces, please scan us an image to Justine@JustineMCouture.com with details of what you are looking for. We are happy to redesign and recycle old or existing pieces and we can also incorporate anything sentimental or something you love, into one of our existing designs.
